Seasons Laser Clinic: Laser Tattoo Removal

Everything you need to know

When you’re ready to part ways with unwanted ink, you want to feel confident in who’s doing the work. At Seasons Laser Clinic, we’re here to make your tattoo removal journey safe, straightforward, and fully supported. Here’s what to expect from start to finish.

What Is Laser Tattoo Removal & How Does It Work?

Laser tattoo removal uses advanced laser technology to safely break down tattoo ink particles beneath the skin. We use a high-powered Q-switched laser that delivers short pulses of energy to target the ink without damaging the surface of your skin. Different wavelengths are used to treat different ink colours, and once the ink is shattered into tiny fragments, your body naturally clears them away over time. It’s the most effective method for fading or fully removing unwanted tattoos.

What’s the Process Like?

Each course of treatment begins with a free consultation. During this appointment, we assess your tattoo, skin type, and overall treatment goals.

A patch test is then carried out to check how your skin responds to the laser and to confirm the safest settings for you.

Once this is complete, we design a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Sessions are typically scheduled 8–12 weeks apart to allow the skin to heal properly and achieve the best results over time.

What to Expect During & After Treatment

Laser tattoo removal feels a bit like an elastic band snapping against the skin – it’s quick and manageable. We use a cool air machine throughout your treatment to soothe the area and make things more comfortable.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on factors like the size, colours, depth of the ink, your skin type, and whether the tattoo was done professionally. Fading for a cover-up usually takes 1–3 sessions, while full removal can take 8–12 or more.

Laser sessions are generally quick. Very small tattoos can take only a few seconds, while larger designs may require 5–15 minutes of laser work. With preparation and aftercare, most appointments last around 20–30 minutes in total.

After treatment, the area may feel like sunburn and could be red, swollen, or blister slightly – this is totally normal. Scabbing and fading continue over the following weeks, and we’ll give you full aftercare advice to help your skin heal safely.

Prices, packages, and payment options

The cost of laser tattoo removal depends on the size, colour, and complexity of the tattoo, as these factors affect how many sessions are needed. Smaller tattoos are quicker and more affordable to treat, while larger or multi-coloured tattoos usually require a longer course of treatment.

At Seasons Laser Clinic, we offer clear pay-as-you-go pricing, as well as discounts for multiple tattoos and 10% off when you buy a bundle of 3 sessions. During your free consultation, we’ll give you an accurate price guide based on your tattoo and discuss how many treatments you’re likely to need.
